So the reason I've been a bit quiet on the blogging front is due to the fact that I have spent a good chunk of March traveling in Europe. Together with my Mother and two good family friends, we drove around the United Kingdom, as well as took side trips to Dubrovnik, Croatia, and Venice, Italy.
I love Europe. The continent has come to embody the perfect place to escape from the craziness that comes with living in China. Clean air, clean water, beautiful scenery, great food, lovely, polite people, and a completely different kind of elegance and refinement - it's a place that's good for the soul.
That said, I've come back with a little collection of photographs - memories, really - that sums up how I feel about Europe and my trip. I've uploaded them into a new gallery on the website, which you can find under Europe-ing (direct your eyes upward). I hope the photos show the lighthearted and overall enjoyable time that I had. So, without further ado: enjoy!
